While we create a close replica of the original design, every piece is handmade, meaning slight variations or small imperfections may occur. This is part of the uniqueness and character of each item—you are receiving a truly one-of-a-kind piece.

Because all items are produced in very limited quantities, exchanges are not guaranteed and may be difficult to accommodate.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product details, sizing, and shipping information. If you have any questions about an item before purchasing, we encourage you to contact us for clarification.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to resolve it appropriately.
