Order Processing

Processing times may be longer during high-demand drops, holidays, or promotions

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (U.S.) orders: 5–10 business days after shipment

International orders: 10–20 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted third-party carriers. Once your package is handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping service.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
WANOK is not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
WANOK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If this happens, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for:

These fees are not included in the product or shipping price.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
